- Discuss your family cardiovascular history – such as strokes, endocrine (hormone) disorders, type 2 diabetes and other weight associated issues.
- Take into account other factors such as smoking and alcohol use
Based on that information and any previous difficulties you have had in losing weight, we will work with you to set some achievable weight loss goals.
This can include improving diet and managing calorie intake as well as exercise and other lifestyle changes. All based on small steps aimed at reaching achievable goals.
